OFFICIALLY: FREDERIC VASSEUR NEW FERRARI TEAM PRINCIPAL

The Alfa Romeo team has made it official that Frederic Vasseur will step down as CEO and team principal. There is still no replacement for the Frenchman, but all eyes are already on Andreas Seidl.

The team thanked Vasseur for his successful work and progress over the past six seasons, in which he not only attracted new partners and sponsors, but also in 2022 achieved the best result in the F1 championship in the last ten years, finishing sixth in the standings of constructors.

Vasseur's new job has not yet been announced, but the European press has already reported that he bought a house near Maranello, where Ferrari's base is located.
We were not yet done with the previous news, Ferrari has officially confirmed that Frederic Vasseur will replace Mattia Binotto as the head of the team, which will put him in charge of managing Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr. on their way to the top of Formula 1. He will join Ferrari on January 9.
