Last October during the United States Grand Prix, the Haas F1 team announced the signing of a new partner, MoneyGram.
The American financial company received the status of main sponsor for 2023, so now the full name of the team is MoneyGram Haas F1 Team.
The Haas F1 press office has released the team's updated logo on their social channels, which retains the usual red and white colors but now features the MoneyGram symbol.
Günther Steiner, Team Principal: "We are delighted to officially be known as the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team from this month. When we announced the MoneyGram partnership in October at the United States Grand Prix, this was the date we were looking forward to as the new year for we have a new name and a completely new logo."
"We have an exciting few weeks ahead of us until the presentation of this year's car, the VF23. After that, we have the pre-season test session and the start of the season in Bahrain."
"Everyone at the team is looking forward to the start of the new season with our new driver line-up of Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg. The MoneyGram Haas F1 Team has good vibes."
Alex Holmes, president and CEO of MoneyGram: "We have unveiled the new team logo, and over the next few months we will be unveiling the new design before the cars hit the curcuit in March."
"This is an exciting time for MoneyGram, one of the world's leading international money transfer brands, as we execute our strategic goals to deliver additional innovative financial solutions and embark on this new journey as a title sponsor of a sport with incredible potential."
