Lewis Hamilton had set the pace in FP1, but Sebastian Vettel set fastest time in second practice, and on Friday overall, by a 0.6 second margin, ahead of his team-mate Mark Webber, who ended the session second best, a mighty gap of 0.6 considering that in the morning session the top 15 were separated by a second. Nobody else was able to get below the 1:25.000 mark. Another strong weekend start for Red Bull, who is looking to in the best shape for the Highest Podium fight.
