2011 BELGIAN GP: VETTEL WITH NEW POLE, PROVING HIS DRIVER ABILITIES

Incredible Vetel, the best driver in this season!!!

Sebastian Vettel will start on pole position for the Belgian Grand Prix after an incident packed qualifying session that saw disappointment for Michael Schumacher and Jenson Button and a bizarre incident involving Lewis Hamilton and Pastor Maldonado.

The Red Bull driver's 1:48.298 lap right at the end denied Lewis Hamilton pole by just under half a second. Mark Webber was third in the second Red Bull,a full second slower than his team-mate as the evolving track saw a big split in lap times. Felipe Massa was fourth fastest in the leading Ferrari.

Nico Rosberg will start from fifth position ahead of the impressive Jaime Alguersuari and the even more impressive Bruno Senna, who comfortably outqualified team-mate Vitaly Petrov, who will start tenth behind Fernando Alonso and Sergio Perez.

The biggest drama today was at the end of Q2, when Button was the victim of a lack of communication in team, which left him to start just 13th. Disapointing start of his 20-th anniverasy of Michael Schumache, who crashed his Mercedes and will start last.
