While the other teams face the dilemma of using KERS, is becoming clear that the system of the McLaren Mercedes is the best so far. Toyota, Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Williams, Force India and Brawn have not yet used the Kers, while Ferrari, BMW and Renault still have doubts as to the benefits brought by this system of energy re-use . Meanwhile, the McLaren of Heikki Kovalainen and Lewis Hamilton have used with some consistency the KERS developed by Mercedes.Norbert Haug has revealed in the German press that the success of the KERS is becouse they made their system with popular brand parts . The Mercedes has expressed desire to be the sole supplier of a Kers from 2010 if Fota aprove this system for next year.
